What is "Elevated Medicine" coaching and how is it different from therapy?
Elevated medicine coaching is about education, preparation, and integration — helping you understand the landscape of consciousness-expanding practices and medicines, and supporting you before and after an experience. It's not a substitute for therapy or medical care; think of it as guidance for the journey, not clinical treatment.
Do you provide, source, or administer any substances?
No. My role is to educate, guide, and support — never to provide, source, or administer any substance. Any medicine work happens through licensed providers or legal, vetted facilitators you choose.
Are you a licensed therapist or medical provider?
No, and I never present myself as one. This work is coaching — focused on clarity, preparation, and integration — and I'll always point you toward licensed medical or mental health support when that's what's actually needed.
-
Is this legal?
It depends entirely on the medicine and where you are. Some options, like ketamine, are legal with a prescription in the US; others are decriminalized in specific states or legal in ceremonial contexts abroad; some remain Schedule I federally. Part of our work together is understanding exactly where each option stands before you make any decision.
How do you screen for safety and contraindications?
We go through your health history, current medications, and any risk factors together before any recommendation-free discussion of options. Certain medicines carry serious contraindications — heart conditions, specific medications, family history of psychosis — and we take that seriously.
-
What does the Discovery Program actually involve?
It's a seven-session arc: we reset and get clear on where you are, map the full landscape of options together, build a personalized plan, and prepare you for what's ahead — with integration support woven throughout, not tacked on at the end.
How long does the whole process take, start to finish?
The seven sessions typically run over several weeks to a few months, paced to give you room to reflect between each one. Integration and any retreat work extend beyond that, depending on the path you choose.
Do I need any prior experience with meditation or psychedelics to start?
Not at all. Some clients come in having never meditated once; others have years of experience. We start exactly where you are.

What's the investment for 1:1 coaching?
The Discovery Program is a four-figure investment. We'll talk through the specifics on our call, along with what's included.
Who is this work not a good fit for?
If you're looking for someone to hand you a medicine and a recommendation, this isn't that. This work is for people ready to do real reflection and take ownership of their own path — I illuminate the options, I don't prescribe the answer.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes, payment plans are available — we can talk through options that work for you on our call.
-
What's the difference between a retreat and a Collective Perspective gathering?
The Collective Perspective is a two-hour conversation — lunch or a casual meetup exploring ideas around growth and consciousness. Retreats are multi-day, immersive experiences designed for deeper work that needs real distance from daily life.
Are retreats required, or can I do 1:1 coaching without one?
Retreats are optional. Plenty of clients do the full Discovery Program and choose a path that doesn't involve a retreat at all — it depends entirely on what you're working through.

Is everything confidential?
Yes!! What you share stays between us, with the same care and discretion you'd expect from any trusted guide.
How do I know if I'm ready to book a call?
If you're reading this page and something in you is saying "yes, this" — that's usually enough. The call itself is low-pressure; it's just a conversation to see if it's the right fit.
